its been a long time when i update this one... ive been very busy hehehe...
nway.. here's some updated news about Rain!
Korean pop star Rain is ranked on the top place of an influential music chart proving his popularity among Asian fans.
Taiwan’s biggest record distributor G-Music found the total of album sales from July 1st to 7th and Rain’s 3rd album “It's Raining” was ranked on top of the “Weekly Top 20 Chart” of the Asian pop music category. The chart of the Asian category shows the rankings of Asian albums excluding Taiwanese and Chinese-speaking singers. The most singers that are ranked on the chart are from Japan. Rain seized the top place of the chart beating top Japanese bands like Larc en Ciel, Winds and Miyabi. Rain’s 2nd album “How to Avoid the Sun” was also ranked on the 11th place making him the only musician who had two of his albums included in the chart.

Episode 5 was so cute!
My favorite scene from the Valentine's Episode:
When Ryu and Hayato are sitting together drinking in a coffee shop (?).
Ryu: I wonder where the others are.
Hayato: Uhn .. I heard that they were determined to have Takeda talk to her today.
Ryu: Takeda .. (something along the lines that he's taking things too slowly)
Hayato: If I was Takeda, I could get her with one breath.
Ryu: Heh Heh.
Hayato: So how many chocolates did you receive last year?
Ryu: Hmm .. I think it was 20 all together.
Hayato: Oh .. I had about 22.
Ryu: Oh, really? Maybe it was about 30.
Hayato: Well, my aunt told me that I had gotten 45.
Ryu: Someone told me I had received 67.
Hayato: I got 84.
And the missing clip in Episode 5 with Yankumi wearing the pink dress .. hmm .. it was probably edited out before they broadcasted. Maybe it'll be in the Deleted Scenes section the DVD when it comes out. (Do they have deleted scenes for JDoramas?) |

Basically, Yankumi's trying to find jobs for some of her students for after graduation. She sets up an interview, but the night before they get in a fight which is witnessed by the very same people who will be interviewing them the next day. Needless to say, they don't get the job. The Vice-Principal, being his usual understanding self, visits the classroom to utter dire words about expulsion, but is held off by Yankumi's passionate defense - and her promise to find them work. Ryu and Hayato and the gang witness her running around town begging people to give her infamous students a job interview, and decide that since she's so dedicated to their well-being, they need to do something for her; so they promise not to get into any more fights before graduation day. Unfortunately, who should they run into but the very same kids they got in a fight with before. True to their word, though, they don't fight back. Yankumi arrives, sees them getting beaten, and tells off the other kids, but for once does not beat the crap out of the offending party. I guess the moral of this episode was that it sometimes takes more strength not to fight, or something to that effect. Anyway, she takes them out of there, they go off to their interview and everything's okay again in Kurogin High - until next week, that is.
